The basic component to every nutritional program is our Nutritional Mix. I know and understand that many mothers are budget-conscious. We call this the "Basic" Program because, if you cannot get anything else, we recommend at least getting this program. The average weight loss results have been 3-4 lbs or 3-4 inches per week.
This program is approximately a three week supply using 2 servings of the meal replacement and 3 capsules per day.
